This is Our Story

In 1965 James F Germany, Project Superintendent for the Jones Performance Hall in Houston, Texas, witnessed his first concrete pump in action. He immediately recognized the potential for a concrete pumping company focused on service, safety, and reliability.

Following the completion of the Jones Hall, he began enlisting the help of family members John and Bill Cadenhead of Cadenhead Construction, and fellow Project Superintendent Frank Langley to start something of their own.

The Inception of Tri-Way

Together in 1968, they founded Tri-Way Concrete Pumping, Inc. Through integrity and hard work, Jim and Frank built a business that continually provided exceptional service and equipment to construction projects in Dallas Fort Worth and beyond.

Two generations and over fifty years later, we are still focused on providing exceptional service, safety, and reliability.

Nathan Germany

President

Nathan is a third generation concrete pumper who leverages his 22 years of industry experience to help ensure the success of every project Tri-Way is involved in. He has experience running boom pumps on notable projects such as the DFW Airport Consolidated Rental Car Facility, Baylor Regional Hospital in Fort Worth and Villa Verona Tower in Dallas. As President of the company he handles Sales, Business Development, and oversees the day to day operations to ensure customer satisfaction. Nathan is currently on the Board of Directors for the American Concrete Pumping Association which he serves as the Association Treasurer. He is Chair of the Finance Committee, Co-Chair of the Events Committee, and serves on the Safety and Certification committee, Communications Committee and the Education Conference Committee. Nathan attended the University of Texas at Arlington, has a concrete pump operator Certification from the ACPA, OSHA-30 Certification and is currently working towards a STS-C certification. In his off time Nathan enjoys spending time with Niki, his wife of 11 years and their three children Jaxon, Kate, and Olivia. He also enjoys fishing, hiking and anything outdoors.

Nick Germany

Operations/Safety Manager

Nick is a third generation pumper who serves as Tri-Way’s Operation/Safety Manager, responsible for dispatch, operator training and safety. Nick’s 15 years of experience running boom pumps up to 58M ensures successful training of all Tri-way’s concrete pump operators and project success. In his time with Tri-Way, he has been a part of notable projects like Dallas’ Cotton Bowl renovations/additions and some of the largest hospital projects like Baylor’s Heart Hospital in Plano, Texas and Baylor Regional Medical Center in Grapevine, Texas. Nick is an ACPA Certified Operator, and a graduate of the Schwing Intermediate Level Service School. As a veteran of the Texas National Guard, Nick along with his wife of 8 years, Leshay and their daughter Stephanie, are active in their local church, where Nick serves on its Tech Team. In his off time, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and woodworking.
